After demolition of the existing dwelling, a new residence was constructed on a cleared site, designed around salvaged timber trusses recovered from a former Richmond warehouse.

These trusses span the primary 11.5 metre by 16 metre living, dining and kitchen space, requiring careful planning and coordination to integrate reclaimed structural elements at into the build.

The layout is organised around a central living zone, with the master bedroom suite and office located at one end of the house, and four additional bedrooms, bathrooms, a rumpus room and garage positioned at the other.

A basement level houses a wine cellar, bathroom and laundry.

The build was completed over a 13-month period, with landscaping designed to match the scale and openness of the site.
