This was a knock down rebuild project, built on a constrained 195 square metre inner-city site, this project required careful planning to maximise internal volume and natural light within a compact footprint. Designed by Michael Angus, the home includes a single-car garage and is arranged to prioritise spatial efficiency.

Pitched ceilings were introduced throughout the first floor to increase ceiling height and improve internal proportions, while extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing connects the living spaces to the exterior.

External materials include metal cladding and polished render, selected for durability, aesthetics and low maintenance. Despite the limited site area, the finished home provides generous and functional family living spaces.
