This project involved construction of a freestanding studio and office at the rear of an existing double-storey Victorian terrace, accessed via a rear lane. The building includes a kitchenette, bathroom and garage, allowing for independent use separate from the main dwelling.

The design utilises exposed red brickwork and metal cladding, providing a robust and durable finish suited to the urban context. Careful planning was required to maximise usable space while maintaining access, privacy and clear separation from the existing residence.
